Charmin Eletrik is the entertainment manager at Dignity and therefore has the final say in who eventually gets hired! She has been performing since 2005 and moved to Waterford to become Dignity's resident queen in 2008. Charmin put Waterford on the drag map in 2009 when she took part in Alternative Miss Ireland. She was also the first Irish contestant in Alternative Miss Phillipines.

Cher Guevara won the first season of Dragiators in 2009 and was runner-up in the first Dignity's Got Talent. She joined Tyra Wanks as host the Tyra & Cher show later that year and since taken up Dignity's Thursday night residence alone. Cher was a judge in Dragiators season 2.

Joanna Ryde won Alternative Miss Ireland in 2007 and was a live finalist on the All Ireland Talent Show in early 2010. She moved to Waterford in 2009 and hosts Big Quiz every Tuesday. She has held weekly residencies in Galway, Cork and Kilkenny and is actively involved in a number of LGBT organisations. As the creator of Dragiators, Joanna acts as mentor and fairy dragmother to Charmin's possible apprentices.

Roxxi Sparks was the runner-up in Dragiators Season 2 and winner of Dignity's Got Talent in 2010. She was awarded her own monthly show as part of her prize and Roxxi's Live Lounge is Dignity's showcase for up and coming music and comedy performers. Though not a full time judge, Roxxi stood-in when Cher was in America and will continue to act as an advisor to Charmin.
